What Lorvan is

Lorvan is an AI phone receptionist for businesses. When you call a Lorvan number, or a business that uses Lorvan, you are talking to an automated AI system, not a person. It will say so if you ask.

What we collect

Calls: the phone numbers involved, the audio and a written transcript, the time and length of the call, and a short summary the AI writes afterwards. Website: the usual server logs and, if you use the "call me" form, the phone number and business type you enter. We use Meta's pixel to measure our ads.

Recording

Calls to Lorvan may be recorded and transcribed so we can check quality and set up your receptionist correctly. Businesses that use Lorvan choose whether their own call recordings are kept.

How we use it

To answer and route calls, to set up and improve a business's receptionist, and to follow up when you asked us to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our phone, AI and hosting infrastructure under contract.

Text messages

We only send texts a business or caller asked for (for example a call summary to the business owner). Reply STOP to any text to stop.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your business. We keep call data for as long as the business account is active, and delete it within 90 days of a request.

Children

Lorvan is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.
