Lorvan answers your business phone with an AI receptionist: it takes calls, answers questions from the information you give us, books appointments where connected, takes messages and sends you a summary of each call.
The plan shown on our website is billed monthly in advance. The monthly price you sign up at stays fixed for 12 months. Minutes above your plan are billed at the per-minute rate shown on the site. There is no contract: cancel any time by email and billing stops at the end of the current month.
Giving us accurate information about your business (hours, services, who to transfer to), telling us when it changes, forwarding your phone line to Lorvan, and complying with any rules that apply to your industry, including recording and disclosure laws in your state.
Keeping the service running, setting up your receptionist with you, and fixing problems you report. Lorvan is an automated system and can make mistakes; it is designed to take a message or transfer the call rather than guess, but we cannot promise every call will be handled perfectly. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
No illegal, deceptive or abusive use, and no using Lorvan to impersonate a person or to make unsolicited calls or texts.
We may update these terms; we will email you before any change that affects price or your rights.
